Due to the nature of fragrance products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

  • Perfumes are non-returnable once opened or used.

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product is damaged during transit

    • The wrong product was delivered

Return Conditions

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof (images or video) is required for verification.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened perfumes

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale offers
